Does the Beef Checkoff promote natural or organic beef?

The Beef Checkoff promotes beef. By law, checkoff funds cannot be used to promote neither one breed over another nor one operational or “production” model over another. Instead, the checkoff works to promote and driving demand for all beef domestically and internationally through consumer advertising, marketing partnerships, education, research and new-product development. An increase in demand for beef, in general, benefits all beef producers.
