Foundation for Meat and Poultry Research and Education (FMPRE)

The FMPRE is a non-profit research, education and information foundation established to study ways the meat and poultry industry can produce better, safer products and operate more efficiently. The Foundation engages leaders from the industry, academia and the government to advance scientific understanding related to food safety, nutrition, the environment and worker safety, among other issues.

FMPRE operates as a subcontractor to the North American Meat Institute (NAMI).
