Position: Senior Manager of Checkoff Education
Davis joined the Cattlemen’s Beef Board staff in June 2022, bringing four years of experience in education and community outreach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a master’s degree in Education from Regis University. Before joining CBB, Davis taught 8th-grade social studies in Thornton, Colorado, where she discovered her passion for education. During summers, she worked as a ranch hand at Red Tail Ranch in Breckenridge, Colorado, deepening her connection to agriculture.
Originally from the mountain town of Frisco, Colorado, Davis grew up riding horses and participating in 4-H. She now competes in Versatility Ranch Horse events across Colorado with her Quarter Horse mare, Stylish N High Heels (“Red Belle”). Outside the arena, Davis enjoys skiing and running with her fiancé, Zach, and their dog, Hank. She is also active in AQHA, serving on the Marketing & Membership Committee and participating in the AQHLead Class of 2025.
As Checkoff Education Manager, Davis works closely with stakeholders to strengthen understanding of the Beef Checkoff and address common questions and misconceptions about the program
