Eric has long been fascinated by rockets, transportation, and anything that moves fast, and for nearly three decades he has applied that passion to global logistics. As owner of JTP Transportation, about 70% of his transportation business is connected to beef and protein products, and he sees firsthand the critical role beef plays in the food supply chain. Eric served as Chairman of the Meat Import Council of America (MICA) Shipping and Transportation Committee, and today remains active in the organization.
