Beef Fact Friday: DYK… beef should be included in an infant’s diet? While there is tradition of using single-grain cereals as a first food, there is no medical evidence for introducing solids in a specific order. The American Academy of Pediatrics advises that meat, including beef, should be added as early solids to the infant's diet.
