The checkoff's national foodservice team recently met with key decision-makers at a unique purchasing company that procures more than 5.4 million pounds of beef annually for its national mid-scale foodservice operator clients. That translates to $79.2 million per year. The checkoff also shared its expertise on the current economic outlook, culinary trends, new cut information and a cutting demonstration.
