Sampling at Supermarket Show

Thanks in part to beef-checkoff funding, U.S. beef was prominently featured at Tokyo’s Supermarket Trade Show, which attracted 84,000 visitors from a wide range of food-industry sectors. Checkoff marketing goals in Japan include educating consumers about the unique quality and nutritional attributes of U.S. beef and encouraging them to purchase U.S. beef variety meat and other key barbecue cuts.
