Protein Research Webinar

A webinar titled “Advancements in Protein Research: A Look at Protein’s Role in Optimal Health” took place on June 25 for 880 registered dietitians and fitness experts. The webinar provided participants with information on what’s new in protein and how to consume adequate high quality protein to achieve optimal health. Presentations were made by two leading protein researchers: Nancy Rodriguez, PhD, RD, FACSM, University of Connecticut and Stuart Phillips, PhD, McMaster University. Participants received informational handouts and links to downloadable beef nutrition resources in addition to valuable continuing education credits.
