A third-generation dairy farmer, Jim Eschliman and his wife, Deb, milk 140 cows on 500 acres in Ericson, Nebraska. He is an active member of the dairy industry and also grows corn, soybeans and alfalfa. He has served as a councilman for Dairy Farmers of America and on the Audit Committee of the Central Area Council. In addition, Jim has served as a director for the Lower Loop Natural Resource District and a member of the Nebraska Dairy Industry Development Board. He is also an active member of the board for his local church.
