Chef Ideation Session
To help drive development of new, on-trend beef dishes, NCBA, contractor to the beef checkoff, brought five leading foodservice chefs from across the country to the Culinary Center in Denver for an ideation session. Each chef presented two concepts at the “Beef. It’s What’s for Dinner.” Culinary Center day-long session on June 27.
