Four of the 12 must also be members of the Beef Promotion Operating Committee, two from the Beef Board and two from the Federation. Its purpose is to oversee effective measurement in accomplishing stated objectives of programs as well as measuring results of these programs in achieving the outcomes and goals of the industry's Long Range Plan.
