Cheryl assists the Beef Board Controller with the financial affairs of the Board. This includes such things as preparation of monthly financial statements, monitoring of bank and investment balances, review and payment of invoices and preparation of staff payroll. Cheryl also maintains the Board’s contracts with checkoff, financial and vendor contracting organizations and manages records of “Authorization Requests” for checkoff funding. Cheryl lives in Aurora, Colo., and is the mother of a daughter, Kaitlin, and son, Taylor. She has been active in parent organizations and enjoys cooking and baking in her spare time.
