South Korean Competition

South Korean supermarket managers recently helped boost sales of U.S. beef in their stores – and opened the door for future sales – by competing for a trip to the United States. Each of the 11 top U.S. beef sellers won an educational tour of the U.S. beef industry, from feedlot to retail, with the end goal of learning more about what makes American beef so good, so they can build confidence in U.S. beef quality and safety among South Korean consumers.
