Already the world’s leading destination for U.S. beef variety meat, Egypt was the scene of a recent USMEF (contractor to the Beef Checkoff Program) seminar targeting top chefs from the Middle Eastern country with a hands-on program demonstrating the quality and versatility of several U.S. beef muscle cuts, including the shank, ribeye and tenderloin.
