Strong Growth in Taiwan

Persistent cultivation of Taiwanese importers and merchants is winning new converts among consumers in Taiwan to the taste and value of grain-fed American beef. Toward sustaining that momentum, the checkoff helped fund a recent seminar in Taiwan to introduce 75 restaurant and hotel foodservice professionals to new cuts of U.S. beef, simultaneously providing information about food safety, product handling and business operations.
