U.S. Beef in Singapore

The beef checkoff helped introduce 186 people from 90 of the trendiest restaurants in Singapore to U.S. beef products from two family operations in California. Participants were all customers of Artisan Fine Foods, a premium foods importer in Singapore known for its selection of culinary delicacies. The program included an education and tasting event highlighting the unique qualities of U.S. beef for use in Singapore’s highly competitive foodservice sector.
