U.S. Beef in Tokyo

About 600 Japanese meat buyers participated in a recent U.S. red-meat seminar and tasting session in Tokyo, funded in part by the national the Beef Checkoff Program, as well as the Colorado and Nebraska state beef councils. Beef buyers tried delicious U.S. beef dishes and learned about the U.S. livestock market, as well as beef marketing and consumer trends to increase U.S. beef consumption.
