Checkoff Works With Foodservice Pros

Beef was a featured protein at the 55th annual MUFSO (Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators) Conference, thanks to checkoff sponsorship of the event. Hosted by Nation’s Restaurant News, MUFSO attracted nearly 500 representatives of top national foodservice chains and suppliers. The sponsorship ensured beef’s presence at every meal, featuring innovative new recipes, as well as an education session to share an overview of current beef market conditions and highlight opportunities to menu and market beef in foodservice operations.
