Expanding Beef Presence on Menus

The checkoff is working with Burke Corp., a manufacturer of meat toppings for the pizza industry, to help develop concepts for their beef products and expand beef’s presence on restaurant menus beyond pizza by offering more beef appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrées.
