When it comes to what consumers are eating you won’t find anyone with more background and knowledge than Harry Balzer, NPD Group. Harry reported to the Joint Market Research: Consumer Insights Committee Meeting this morning and I caught up with him afterward. He says that for the last thirty years people have been telling his company about the foods they eat.
