BEEF provides the ZIP -- zinc, iron and protein -- to help fuels kids' brains and bodies through the school day. So kids joined the beef checkoff on the front lines to help develop and test new dishes that meet their nutritional needs -- and taste great, too. Now the checkoff is helping school foodservice folks adopt the recipes. Check them out at http://www.beefnutrition.org/wellness.aspx, and you can test them out at home, too!
