Cooking in Belgium

In a venture funded jointly by the beef checkoff and USDA's Market Access Program, 130 chefs and caterers participated in a U.S. beef tasting event in Antwerp, Belgium. Participants witnessed a cutting and cooking demonstration of secondary cuts of U.S. beef before enjoying a U.S. beef dinner.
