Veal Takes Center Stage

The Pennsylvania Beef Council helped sponsor PA Gourmet, held Nov. 9-10, at the York Expo Center, York, PA. An estimated 4,000-6,000 expected attendees indulged in the premier gourmet and entertaining experience. Celebrity Chef Pippa Calland, past winner of the Food Network's "Chopped" took to the cooking stage on Saturday, November 10, to teach event attendees how to prepare perfect veal meatballs.
