
Beef Tasting in Russia
Thanks, in part, to investments from the Beef Checkoff Program, U.S. beef had a presence in the “Taste of America” in Russia’s Far Eastern city of Vladivostok, in an effort to showcase U.S. agricultural products. Importers, café owners, hoteliers and restaurateurs came from the surrounding hinterland to watch Chef Erwin Peters cook U.S. beef chuck roll, flank steak, top blade and short ribs.
