Taiwan Focused on Safety
The beef checkoff helped fund two recent days of food-safety seminars for U.S. beef buyers and end users in Taiwan. The seminars concentrated on the U.S. safety and inspection processes, in the light of the Taiwanese beta agonist issue and the fourth U.S. BSE case.
