Korean Beef Bloggers

When Korean consumers want to know the source of their meat, they increasingly turn to food bloggers for information. With that in mind, the checkoff recently participated in a demonstration about how to cook U.S. beef – for a team that included 11 popular food bloggers in South Korea.
