The Millennial generation (those born between 1980 and 2000) is a research priority for the beef industry so it is important to understand them as a very large consumer group.
A recent study conducted by the Beef Checkoff Program reveals that this generation enjoys the taste of beef and wants to include beef in their everyday experience; however, beef does pose challenges for them.
