To Russia, With Love

A two-month promotion for U.S. steaks in “Goodman,” a renowned Russian steakhouse, is expected to sell American steaks to an estimated 200,000 diners. Funded in part by the beef checkoff, the promotion debuted U.S. steaks at 10 of the restaurant chain’s locations in the Moscow area, and the audience has been extremely receptive to the promotion, which launched with a special reception and U.S. beef demonstration for Goodman’s most devoted customers and special guests.
