There was standing room only for a recent series of seminars showcasing U.S. beef on the Caribbean island of Trinidad. Funded, in part, by the beef checkoff, the seminars reflected the growing relationship with influential leaders of the retail and foodservice sectors in Trinidad and Tobago. Read more here.
