In response to rising food prices, a Pricing Resource Center was developed for BeefFoodservice.com to help operators address increased costs while driving beef sales. This checkoff-funded website offers strategies, tips, white papers and other tools designed to maximize particular cuts of beef, increase steak sales and provide inspiration to build beef menu options.
