Telling The Beef Story

Local Rotary meetings, 4-H forums, community “Beef night” at the races, high school culinary classes and more – those are some of the latest events on the National Beef Speakers Bureau’s recent tour, sharing the Beef Story with youth groups and meal-time decision makers nationwide. Audiences are surveyed to measure any shifts in attitudes about beef and beef production as a result of listening to a presentation, and early survey results indicate audience attitudes are positively influenced by the checkoff’s message, with average pre-presentation scores of 3.8 and average post-survey scores of 4.2 (using a 1-5 scale)!
