Loving Beef!

The crowds that descended on the shores of the Potomac at the National Harbor Wine and Food Festival were quick to declare their love for beef as they lined up at the beef checkoff tent to sample more than 7,000 bites of grilled beef brisket over two days. Participants also took home bags of the vibrant spice rub and recipe used to prepare the brisket. National Beef Ambassadors were on tap to answer questions and run a “Name that Lean Beef Cut game”, and chef Dave Zino demonstrated two lean beef recipes perfect for grilling season.
