Growing Interest in Dubai

The beef checkoff helped support the U.S. beef industry’s participation in the world’s largest trade show for the food and beverage industry – Gulfoods – in Dubai this month. Despite recent political instability, the Middle East – and Egypt, in particular – is one of the fastest-growing markets for U.S. beef exports, with interest growing in new U.S. beef cuts such as two-piece chucks, top sides and sirloin meat. For more, go to Gulfoods.
