Taste of America

Thanks to joint support from the beef checkoff, USDA, the U.S. Potato Board and the Washington Apple Commission, the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), a contractor of beef checkoff dollars, welcomed an overflow crowd to the recent “Taste of America’s BBQ” in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The event set the stage to promote U.S. beef to the chefs of the Saigon Professional Chefs’ Guild, in an event that drew nearly 500 people. For details, visit Taste of America.
