
Food & Wine Festival
The checkoff’s executive chef, Dave Zino, will give an hour-long cooking demonstration on the main stage at the National Harbor Food and Wine Festival May 14 & 15 in Washington, D.C. In addition, the beef checkoff booth will host a chef competition on both days of the event to share the good word – and delicious beef recipes – with thousands of D.C. Metro foodies and world-renowned chefs, artisans and culinary pioneers!
