Beef Speakers Bureau
The checkoff-funded National Beef Speakers Bureau (NBSB) recently provided extensive public-speaking and beef-industry training to 20 cattlewomen from across the country to help them “Tell the Beef Story.” Each participant now is scheduling consumer speaking engagements, toward the goal of conducting at least 25 speaking events each during the year. These NBSB volunteers represent diverse segments of the industry, ranging from fifth-generation ranchers to feedlot owners to meat processors to attorneys to professional educators – but all share a passion for telling consumers the true story of beef.
