Dietitian of the Year
A beefy bravo to Michelle Easterly, New York Beef Industry Council dietitian, who has been named Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year by the state's Dietetic Association. She joins two other state beef council dietitians who have been previously honored by their state peers: Kaiti Roeder, Nebraska, and Heidi Wells, who works with both Missouri and Kansas.
