Cutting Demos in Bali

A seminar in Bali, funded in part by the beef checkoff, drew nearly 50 chefs and restaurateurs for a cutting demonstration of seven U.S. beef cuts, including the tenderloin, ribeye, boneless short ribs, tri-tip, top blade, chuck tender and chuck roll.
