Alternative Beef Cuts

The beef checkoff provided a significant share of the funding for a recent two-day seminar for beef importers in Taiwan to build buyer loyalty and increase their purchases of alternative U.S. beef cuts. Hands-on demonstrations of creative uses of chilled U.S. beef – chuck roll, chuck short ribs and bone-in short ribs, in particular – were on the agenda. For details, visit U.S. Beef Seminar.
