Laurie Bryant is director of the Meat Importers Council of America (MICA) and, as such, will return to the Beef Board as an importer representative beginning in February 2011.
In his role for the trade association, he works to facilitate the trade of imported meat by providing a forum for the companies and organizations involved in the imported meat trade to discuss and resolve issues impacting the sector and to keep them update about developments in the marketplace.
