2011 Safety Summit

Beef safety professionals will get a chance to interact with their colleagues from throughout the country and learn about new ideas for improving beef safety systems, from farm to fork, during the 2011 Beef Safety Industry Summit. On tap for March 2-4, 2011 in Dallas, the Summit will include checkoff and other research updates, technical workshops, and an issues forum.
