
New Jersey ProStart Competition
During The New Jersey Restaurant Association Educational Foundation's fourth annual State ProStart Culinary and Management Competition on Jan. 12, 2011, the beef checkoff will sponsor a steakhouse dinner and distribute beef educational resources to students and culinary educators and to restaurant operators. The competition will be at Atlantic Cape Community College in Mays Landing, NJ, a heavily populated area where beef is promoted through the checkoff’s Northeast Beef Promotion Initiative.
