Dairy Federation Annual Convention
Research, Education & Innovation department staff member Bridget Wasser recently conducted a cutting demonstration and presentation at the Washington State Dairy Federation Annual Convention on behalf of the Washington State Beef Commission. The purpose was to highlight new checkoff-funded beef cuts from the chuck. In addition to the presentation and cutting demonstration, attendees were served samples of four new chuck cuts as well as a lunch sponsored by the Washington State Beef Commission that featured the new Boneless, Country-Style Ribs.
