
Bento Boxes In Japan
Tokyo’s 12 million consumers are accustomed to buying bento lunch boxes at convenience stores, but thanks to funding from the beef checkoff and the USDA Market Access Program (MAP), they have been able to pick up those lunch boxes at nearly 13,000 Japanese 7-Eleven convenience stores, all prominently featuring the “We Care” logo, identifying the product as containing American beef.
