New Research Papers
The checkoff's Beef Safety Research team has completed production of four new fact sheets now available:
- Overview of Pre-Harvest Interventions
- Advancing the Pre-Harvest Commitment
- A Basic Look at E.coli
- A Basic Look at Salmonella
These fact sheets are specifically designed to address questions from cattle producers on pre-harvest safety issues.
And, the Product Enhancement team has completed one new fact sheet and a white paper:
- Beef from Market Cows
- Beef Cutout Calculator
