Build A Better Burger
This summer marks the 20th Anniversary of the Sutter Home Build a Better Burger promotion! You can enter your original burger recipes for a chance to win $100,000, double the amount of the last year’s prize! Ground beef sales are sure to soar this summer!
The checkoff has partnered with retailers on a promotion including a national insert promoting the burger contest with a circulation of 45 million. In approximately 10,000 stores the promotion will include case cards, danglers, neckers and shelf talkers. National radio and print ad campaigns also support the promotion.
The promotion showcase the Mushroom Merlot Burger. It’s a step up from an ordinary burger, with ingredients like parsley, delicious mushrooms, romaine lettuce leaves and goat cheese on a slice of French bread.
