Beef Issues Quarterly Vol. 1, No. 2
The Winter 2010 edition of checkoff-funded Beef Issues Quarterly recently was published and is now available online and in print. The Beef Issues Trends Advisory Panel identified a number of important issues to watch in the coming months, among them, health care reform and the possible implications for beef, the nutrition community’s attention to saturated fat and science-based antibiotic use in cattle production.
