I Heart Beef

The checkoff-funded food and nutrition program's "I Heart Beef" program that starts Feb. 1 was specifically designed to help strengthen interest in beef middle meats by reminding consumers of their passion for great beef steaks like the T-bone and tenderloin. This program takes place at a time when middle meat sales are traditionally slower and consumers tend to focus on dieting. Another highlight of the program is around the heart health aspects of lean beef, as February is Heart Health Month. For ways to get involved, visit Beef.
