Opening New Doors
As the checkoff-funded Chicago Culinary Center closed its doors in December, new doors opened in Denver. The Culinary Services Team has many familiar faces and several new ones. The team offers a variety of services, including:
- applied cookery
- off-site meeting culinary coordination
- convention/conference culinary support
- package-direction development & testing
- culinary demonstrations
- product evaluations
- guest speakers
- product photography
- meal-planning & preparation
- recipe ideation & development
- menu-concept development
- recipe testing & editing.
