Product Enhancement Summaries Available

Brief project summaries are now posted online at beefresearch.org for each of the 18 checkoff-funded beef quality research projects completed as of May 31, 2009. These 18 projects were completed at institutions in Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Texas. You can also find project summaries for all previous years on the same Web page. Project summaries provide highlights of important results from technical research projects related to pre- and post-harvest beef quality factors.
